Nigerian Afrobeats star Ayra Starr has achieved another major international milestone after her latest album, Starrgirl, debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard World Albums chart for the week of August 29, 2026.
The achievement further strengthens Ayra Starr’s growing presence on the international music scene and places her latest project among the highest-ranking albums on the chart this week.
Starrgirl is the singer’s third studio album and was released on August 14, 2026, through Mavin Records and Republic Records. The 16-track project explores Afrobeats, R&B and pop while showcasing Ayra Starr’s evolving sound and artistic identity.
The album features several notable international and Nigerian artistes, including Wizkid, Rema, ZAYN, Leon Thomas, kwn, Theodora and Danny Ocean.
