Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Segun Olusemo, popularly known as Sheggz, has confirmed that his relationship with fellow reality TV star Bella Okagbue ended in January 2026.
Sheggz also denied allegations that he cheated on or abused Bella during their relationship.
The reality TV star explained that he had previously chosen not to discuss the relationship publicly out of respect for his family and his desire to keep his private life away from public attention.
However, he said he decided to address the matter after what he described as attempts to damage his reputation.
Sheggz maintained that he was not abusive and insisted that he did not cheat on Bella. He said he valued family, friendship, integrity and his faith.
According to him, he genuinely wanted the relationship to work and had even taken steps toward building a future with Bella.
The relationship between the two reality stars began after they met during the 2022 Big Brother Naija Level Up season and lasted for several years.
Sheggz said that despite the end of the relationship, he had no intention of engaging in a public confrontation with Bella or her family.
He wished Bella well and expressed his desire for both parties to move forward peacefully and with dignity.
The breakup has attracted significant attention from BBNaija fans, particularly following renewed discussions about the circumstances surrounding the end of their relationship.
