Crystal Palace will meet Sunderland in an all-Premier League encounter. Both teams will be looking to secure a place in the last four, making the tie an important test for their cup ambitions.

The remaining fixture will see Fleetwood Town face either Everton or Newcastle United. Fleetwood earned their place in the quarter-finals after eliminating Arsenal in a dramatic penalty shootout. The confirmed quarter-final fixtures are Fleetwood Town versus Everton or Newcastle United, Manchester City versus Bradford City, Crystal Palace versus Sunderland, and Liverpool versus Bournemouth.

The matches are scheduled to take place during the week commencing December 14, 2026. The clubs will be seeking victories that would bring them one step closer to the final, which is scheduled for March 21, 2027.

With Premier League clubs facing lower-league opposition in two of the ties, the quarter-finals could provide further opportunities for surprises. However, the outcome of each match will depend on performances on the pitch, with all eight clubs still competing for a place in the semi-finals.
